1. Account Registration

1.1 To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
1.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Orders and Payments

2.1 By placing an order through our platform, you agree to purchase the products listed in your order under the terms and conditions set forth herein.
2.2 All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping costs, which will be added to your total order amount.
2.3 We accept payments through the Billplz platform. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 We will make every effort to ship your order promptly. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.
3.2 Shipping fees for orders within West Malaysia are set at RM7.50 per order. Shipping fees for East Malaysia are set at RM14.50 per order. Orders over RM300 qualify for free shipping.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you must check for any defects in the packaging within seven days of receiving the product. Immediately take a photo and contact our customer service. Please visit our Facebook page and click on “Message” to inquire with customer service and request a replacement.

4.2 The product to be returned or exchanged must be kept in its original condition and packaging.

4.3 Once the payment is confirmed by the platform, if the packaging is damaged, the product is incorrect, or the product is expired, the platform is responsible and obliged to provide an unconditional exchange, but no refund service is available.

5. Use of the Platform

5.1 You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.
5.2 You agree not to:
a. Use the platform in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
b. Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the platform.
c. Introduce any viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SPARTA FITNESS SDN.BHD. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our platform without the prior written consent of SPARTA FITNESS SDN.BHD.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, SPARTA FITNESS SDN.BHD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our platform.
7.2 Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the products purchased through the platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform. Your continued use of the platform after the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
